Dear Parents,
I wanted to share some scriptures that have been encouraging me lately. Remember, you are not alone in this season!
"Understand this, my dear brothers and sisters: You must all be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry." - James 1:19
" The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.
I will advise you and watch over you." - Psalm 32:8
“But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength.
They will soar high on wings like eagles.
They will run and not grow weary.
They will walk and not faint." - Isaiah 40:31
"Children are a gift from the Lord;
they are a reward from him.
Children born to a young man
are like arrows in a warrior’s hands."- Psalm 127:3-4
"Guard your heart above all else,
for it determines the course of your life." - Proverbs 4:23
"I will teach all your children,
and they will enjoy great peace." - Isaiah 54:13
"But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.”- Matthew 19:14
“Listen to me, descendants of Jacob,
all you who remain in Israel.
I have cared for you since you were born.
Yes, I carried you before you were born.
I will be your God throughout your lifetime—
until your hair is white with age.
I made you, and I will care for you.
I will carry you along and save you." - Isaiah 46:3-4
“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing."- John 15:5
You are loved!
Blessings, Miss Kat
Thanks Kat. As another new week at working from home and being quarantined from my family continues, these words of encouragement are what I needed to finish off my morning devotion!
